Shipping

After your order is submitted online, the webstore team will process your request within 3 business days. If your order is in stock, you will receive a shipping notification that will allow you to track your package. If your order is not in stock, you will receive a backordered notification that will give you the estimated ship date. Depending on the complexity of the item, out of stock orders will be shipped in 1 to 3 weeks. If you have any special requests please state them in the comments section during checkout or give us a call at (800)831-3305 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Some things to keep in mind:

  1. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday.
  2. USPS DOES deliver on Saturday.
  3. International orders selecting "International Shipping" will ship via USPS First Class International post. 
  4. Internet and stock items are shipped F.O.B. Santa Ana, CA or Philadelphia, PA- depending on availability. Changes to delivery addresses once the order has been processed are made at the risk of the customer.

“Guaranteed Delivery”

The term "Guaranteed Delivery" means that if a carrier fails to meet their advertised delivery promise, they will refund the shipping cost.  It does not mean absolute "drop dead" delivery assurance. This guarantee comes from the shipping company, with limitations.  Bad weather, "acts of God," for example are not covered under this promise.
