Turnaround Time After Your Order is Placed:
Internet orders typically take 1 to 3 days to process and are subject to available stock on hand. If your order is not in stock, you will receive a backordered notification that will give you the estimated ship date. Depending on the complexity of the item, out of stock orders will be shipped in 1 to 3 weeks. Orders with multiple items will be shipped once all items are complete, this allows us to avoid mistakes in fulfillment. We will not expedite the shipping of your order. If you would like to switch to an in stock item, please respond to the Backordered notification and we will send you available options.
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day.
- Orders shipping to PO Box’s will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
- Our carriers require a street address for delivery (commercial address is most reliable).
- Internet orders that are shipping East of the Mississippi River will be shipped by our Philadelphia location. Orders West of the Mississippi River will be shipped from our Santa Ana, CA location.
- Changes once the order has been processed are made at the risk of the customer.
JL guarantees all of our products quality and workmanship. We will replace or repair any product to your satisfaction. Stock garments with no embellishment, that are unwashed and unworn are eligible for a return or exchange. Unused custom, non-embellished garments can be exchanged for credit. See Returns & Exchanges.
"Fit" is what JL is all about. When given accurate sizing information on custom orders, we guarantee the fit. We will alter any of our garments to make it fit you correctly. Alterations needed due to changes in your body or your attitude (elective alterations) are available at a charge plus shipping. Just send us your clean garment and instructions on how to make it fit you better.
