Customer Service : Full Time : Santa Ana, CA


The CSTM is THE link between outside sales reps and the factory or home office. Customer Service Team Member (CSTM) will support all aspects of customer service to include:


  • Sales Rep support, all sales tools (sizing kits, samples, etc), hands-on customer communications
  • Other tasks in maintaining company workflow may be assigned
  • Timely responses/resolutions to rep requests is key to a smooth order and fulfillment process


Requirements : 

  • Must have the ability to communicate well both verbally and written, in a timely and organized manner
  • Candidate must have on-the-water experience (rower, coxswain, coach)
  • Candidate must be able to lift 40 lbs, be able to drive company vehicles, travel by air and stand for up to 8 hours at regattas
  • Computer skills required

Customer Service : Part Time : Philadelphia, PA


Part-time sales/customer service position open at our retail location in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia. We are looking for a year round employee, not summer time only.  Must be able to work weekends.  


Responsibilities will vary, required skills include but are not limited to:


  • Maintain files and complete filing as needed
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates extraordinary customer service customer service skills; organizational skills, computer skills, attention to detail skills, numchuck skills...
  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks
  • Must demonstrate creative thinking
  • Candidate must be able to lift 40 lbs, be able to drive company vehicles, travel by air and stand for up to 8 hours at regattas
  • Candidate must have on-the-water experience (rower, coxswain, coach)
  • Must love dogs
