All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Form. Replacement products will be shipped once the original item has been received.
We encourage you to handle your JL pieces with care, as used or damaged products caused by improper handling of the recipient is not our responsibility.
Stock Items :
Any stock item that is not embellished and has not been washed or worn can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping cost)
Exchanges are limited by available stock on hand - Bargain and limited run items may not be available for exchange
Media including, books, DVDs & CDs CANNOT be returned
Custom Items (made-to-order product) :
Any custom item that is not embellished and has not been washed or worn can be returned for full store credit (excluding shipping costs)
Items that have been embellished are not eligible for return or credits. Alterations are possible.
